As a centre for building leaders, the Mildmay Uganda Leadership School welcomes and supports all students in their learning, discovery, leadership development, and engagement. The centre is an epitome of diverse courses specially developed and delivered to sharpen your Leadership prowess to impact various systems. You will be empowered to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.
The Leadership Program is a collection of programs, services, activities, modules to build your Leadership priorities while you are at the School. The online leadership learning Experience Program sets high expectations for you to do your best in the classroom and with the practical leadership best practices based on the experiential learning from a team with a wealthy of Leadership experience that you engage in throughout your time at the Mildmay Uganda Leadership School. We have confidence in your ability to succeed as you navigate your academic experience while meeting the expectations of your profession, professional colleagues, customers and yourself.
In addition, staff in the Leadership Program are available to support you as you strive for excellence, explore the possibilities, and achieve your goal of becoming a great Health Leader.
