It is staggered over the period of the course and it is intended to address critical needs in the work-place and to prepare students as future leaders in the health field.

Mildmay Uganda School of Nursing and Midwifery is accredited by Ministry of Education and Sports and National Council for Higher Education. It is regulated and supervised by Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC); and it is an authorized Examination Centre for the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Examinations Board (UNMEB).
